Philanthropy Gallery

Davis Imperial believes in giving back to the community as they have given to us throughout our 55 plus years in business. We do so through our philanthropic pursuits. Forever grateful for the generosity shown to us by others, we participate in events and projects that inspire hope, motivate, and build self esteem.

FLAIR: Fun. Fashion. Philanthropy. "The Chicago Lighthouse" - Saks Fifth Avenue

Lynda, Rick, and Jordan Wood of Davis Imperial, along with Saks Fifth Avenue, the 900 North Michigan Shops, and with the generosity of others, were honored to support and attend the Chicago Lighthouse’s first Flair event. A treasure trove of designer and couture clothing and accessories was showcased in a fashion show (preceded by a delicious breakfast and lovely gift bags) at Saks and available for purchase along with an amazing selection of additional finds at a wonderful pop-up store at the 900 North Michigan Shops throughout the weekend. Illinois Education Foundation, "Suited For Success" - The Standard Club of Chicago

Davis Imperial Cleaners, Brooks Brothers, Allen Edmonds, the 900 Shops at North Michigan, Morgan Stanley, and Julie Watson Style were among the companies who donated clothing, time, or services for Suited for Success, an event sponsored by the Illinois Education Foundation. It was a privilege for Davis Imperial and other sponsors to assist 41 students in the selection of the perfect outfit to wear to their job interviews and hopefully to the fulfillment of their dreams.

Davis Imperial Teams With John Williams From WGN Radio to Help Kids in Need

WGN listeners of the John Williams show donated clothing, including white shirts and coats, to the Wentworth Elementary School on Chicago’s south side. While listening to the John Williams show one day, Jordan Wood called John Williams and offered our dry cleaning services to clean and press all the clothing donated by WGN listeners. Mrs. Paula Powers, Principal, D.S. Wentworth School, was both grateful and gracious!

THREE GENERATIONS. ONE VISION. A SINGULAR PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE.
