Our retailer alliance program partners with the finest designer and couture retailers and luxury bridal and specialty boutiques. We maintain their stock merchandise, assist with client stain and damage issues, provide cost-effective uniform cleaning, and perform in-house fabricare training for sales associates. Restoration of damaged garments and consulting on returned and damaged goods are given major emphasis. Davis Imperial Cleaners has been able to save countless items that were improperly handled by other dry cleaners, unfortunately because they lacked the experience and technical expertise to properly process specialty fashion and vintage items.

Fabricare education that included a discussion of serviceability, frequently asked questions, and tips necessary at the luxury level completed the circle of information necessary for their staff to provide not only extraordinary classic and couture garments to their clients, but also exceptional customer service.
